When reporting a problem, please include a brief description of what happened and, when relevant, your device model and iOS version. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.

Purchases

Xlamet may offer optional content packs through Apple In-App Purchases.

All payments are processed by Apple. Xlamet does not directly process or store your payment information.

If you experience an issue with content you purchased, contact us at support@xlamet.com and we will help troubleshoot access to the content.

Requests for refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Xlamet does not require an account and does not collect or store personal information through the app. For additional information, please review our Privacy Policy.
