Terms and Conditions

1. Xlamet

Xlamet provides digital content and tools that allow users to browse and use content packs within the Xlamet application.

The app is available free of charge and may also offer optional paid content through Apple In-App Purchases.

2. No Account Required

Xlamet does not require you to create an account or provide personal information in order to use the app.

3. Free Content

Xlamet may include free content packs made available under the Creative Commons CC0 public domain dedication or other licenses identified within the app.

Content identified as CC0 may be used according to the rights granted by CC0.

Any applicable licensing or attribution information for individual content is provided within the app where appropriate.

4. Paid Content

Xlamet may offer optional paid content packs through Apple In-App Purchases.

When you purchase a paid content pack, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content within the Xlamet application.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, paid Xlamet content may not be:

• Extracted or exported for use outside Xlamet
• Redistributed or resold
• Republished as a standalone asset or asset collection
• Licensed or sublicensed to another person
• Used to create or distribute a competing content pack, library, or service

Purchasing content does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. In-App Purchases

In-App Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the App Store and your Apple account.

Xlamet does not process or store your payment card information.

Prices and availability of content may change over time.

Refund eligibility and refund processing for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable policies and consumer protection requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

Except for content explicitly identified as CC0 or otherwise licensed separately, the Xlamet application, its design, software, branding, graphics, and Xlamet-provided content are owned by Xlamet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Xlamet, its software, trademarks, or paid content.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use Xlamet for its intended purpose.

You may not attempt to:

• Circumvent restrictions designed to protect paid content
• Reverse engineer or modify the app except where permitted by applicable law
• Gain unauthorized access to Xlamet's systems or backend services
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or its services
• Use Xlamet in violation of applicable law

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, add, or remove features or content from Xlamet from time to time.

We may also discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

Previously purchased content will be handled subject to applicable App Store requirements and consumer protection laws.

We do not guarantee that every feature or content pack will remain available indefinitely.

9. Disclaimer

Xlamet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While we work to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xlamet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of Xlamet is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Xlamet, its features, or applicable requirements change.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page together with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of Xlamet after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
